My stay was about 6 weeks I was threaten due to me asking questions about rent prices and how they changed every week the tax and after 28 days your not supposed to be charged tax anymore but prices now change again and it says no tax but prices just as high noe instead of rent without tax the rate is determined by how you pay by week or by weekly or by month which still is higher then rent without tax the linen charges are now on website and Wi-Fi charges also need to be known up front pay attention to your rates and how much tax your being charged I was told I could be given my weekly rent back after paying cause I questioned charges on my receipt and I also was given a receipt with false information and told I could get out of I needed it to change I believe everyone in hotel were being overcharged cause now a letter stating the rent was given to everyone starting that day I was told I had to check out on my 28th day then return in two days I ended up getting to stay but only after asking many question I was there for about 4 weeks with maintenance work orders before I went to manger due to no response my latch on room door was broken and I looked up to a stranger coming into my room and claim it was a accident he claimed toilet water not draining properly door off track we went a whole weekend with no tissue the washer and dryers need to be tuned up I had to dry twice on each load I made complaint to company never received a refund or response I am no longer there and had money left on account there is no way to get a refund no way to talk to nobody the Tide machines are not really Tide there filled with generic detergent even fabric softener sheets it advertised as something that's not on there
