Location was good and house was ok overall.
No tv or internet the first 2 days. The carpet in 2 of the bedrooms was sopping wet when we arrived due to a leaking water heater. The whole house smelled musty, we had to buy plug-ins for the whole house. The caretaker, Gerhard, was fantastic to work with and tried his best to rectify the issues.
