Beautiful and charming 3 bed/2 bath, one level home with a private backyard. This home is fully furnished and well decorated. Master bedroom has a King bed, ensuite and 2 large closets. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen mattress with a large closet. The 3rd bedroom offers two twins with a large closet. House can accommodate up to 6 quests comfortably. Both bathrooms are walk in showers equipped with grab bars and no step down or up and pedestal sinks. All bedrooms with Roku TV and remotes. Living room with large 50-inch Roku TV and unlimited Wi-Fi internet available. Screened in patio with table seating for 6. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and dishware needed. Blender, toaster oven and Keurig available for use. Laundry room with washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board. Portable shower chairs available as well. Central A/C. Propane gas grill ready for use.
Perfect place for a family or a group of friends. Can accommodate those with disabilities. All interior doors have been widened to a minimum of 34 inches to accommodate most wheelchairs and walkers.
Located in a family friendly neighborhood with parks and playgrounds nearby. Our second stay and just as enjoyable as our first. The home is immaculate, well stocked kitchen with every gadget you need. There was a welcome basket with bottles of water and other items such as toothpaste etc. Comfortable beds! And plenty of towels, too. Lots of living area for 3 people. Great location—easy access to US41. Looking forward to booking our next stay.

Will definitely book again. Roomy, spotless, new appliances, well maintained property. A welcome basket filled with essentials such as laundry detergent, toothpaste & toothbrush, shampoo. Easy to communicate with owner. Property worked out great for my mother who has low vision-grab bars in bathrooms, upgraded lighting in all rooms and exit signs. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Stayed here for about 6 weeks and had a great experience. We didn't have any major problems and Georgy was responsive and helpful answering all our questions. The back patio is a great spot to hang out and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. It also has a nice laundry room which was really important for us.
