Our three-bedroom two-bathroom home is nestled on a canal leading to the Charlotte Harbor, is one you won’t want to miss. Newly renovated, with room to stretch out in, plenty of parking, the place is just as cozy as it looks. The boat dock has a underwater fish light that brings in everything from snook, to redfish, to tarpon, and the boat ramp is only 12 minutes away. Perfect place for my family! We loved the dock lights! The mattresses were perfect for everyone. The outside bar and grill area was excellent! The outdoor ceiling fan is a great luxury! Everything we imagined! We didn’t want to leave! Thank you!

Are delightful location. Sitting on the dock enjoying the sunshine was phenomenal. Located conveniently to places of interest. The house was immaculate.
