Loved the Location and setting- Caretakers were down to earth and very friendly.
Only issue was the mattress- one side was damaged or over warn- otherwise everything was wonderful.

First time in Cocoa Beach. Went there to watch a rocket launch. Came across this place in Bookings app, and it was quite the find. Quaint little out of the way place. Great rooms friendly helpful staff. On the beach with great a great deck. Would definitely stay there again!

The super friendly staff made our stay a wonderful experience! It is an older motel but in great shape and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
The weather could have been better, but that's not the motel's fault.
