I liked the pool and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I did not like that the door to the room had a large crack at the bottom of the door.

room was awesome clean and very convenient to the cruise terminals having the Publix nearby was a big plus also
the height of the toilet ( not good for short people was very high breakfast was cold also (egg omelets) didnt offer any unsweetened products or plain cereals

Great breakfast, friendly staff, great location as we were cruising.
I have a receipt that shows I booked and paid for a 2 bedroom suite. A few days before I checked my reservation and it was changed to a king bed with bunkbeds basically in a closet. This was very inconvenient as we were traveling with my grown 6 ft son and his wife. They felt the top bunk was a bit too rickety to support either of their weight so they slept together on the twin bottom bunk. I contacted both the resort and booking.com and could not get a resolution. We accepted what we had because a lot of hotels are sold out on cruising weekends and it was spring break.
