The proximity to restaurants was great, the pool was solid and fun, and the free shuttle to and from Universal Studios was a wonderful bonus.
NO TOWELS for two hours poolside....no attempt to replenish them. Not a fan of that.

I liked how our building was overlooking the pool area
I did not like we were on the top floor I should of requested lower floor for my wife being handicapped

Location & pool.
Not enough tables with umbrellas. No towels by pool. Floors in room was not very clean. Coffee Cafe drinks & food by the pool was very expensive.
