Ocean view from balcony was amazing. The room was comfortable and easy to relax in. Clean bedroom, bathroom, sitting/dining area, and kitchen that was fully equipped. Other than the floors, which didn't take away from the experience. Quiet family atmosphere. Beach was not crowded. Parking was close to walkway and elevator. This is a gem tucked away in a quiet area. We were here in mid April, after spring break and before school was out for the Summer. Will hopefully be able to get 308 again for the two of us or a larger unit for our family later on in the summer.
The floors were in need of mopping. Remedied by wearing shoes. Easy fix.
