Location. Space was plenty for 2 couples. Staff was great.
Definitely heard every noise in the building but the provided earplugs helped a lot!

Great location, close to local business and a short walk to bourbon street. Large balcony accessible to all guests. Room was large and clean. Front desk was very helpful recommending places to eat. We were delayed in traffic for hours and they called to ensure we would have a seamless check in. Doors are secured with a code, no need to keep up with keys. We have stayed here before and will be back! 😊

Loved the spacious rooms, older but added to the charm, the kitchen although we never used it, the great customer service. The owner was passionate about our satisfaction. Across from the Ritz, beside the Waldorf Astoria, for a fraction of the price but double the space and 10x the convenience.
Nothing really. I would definitely stay here again. Some things needed a little love like the shade didn't work, handle missing on draw, etc but to me it's all about the charm. Not a sterilized Hilton or Marriott.

Very loud at night. Ran out of hot water both times sure with normal length of shower.
