Horvath’s slice of heaven

My stay at this charming B&B in St. Helena was nothing short of phenomenal it offered the perfect blend of rustic charm and luxury. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and welcoming. One of the highlights? The fresh fruit straight from the garden. Each morning felt like a celebration of local bounty, and it was the perfect way to start a day of exploring vineyards and relaxing in the beauty of the valley. The property itself is serene and picturesque, a true escape from the hustle of daily life. Enjoying the peaceful surroundings, every moment felt curated for comfort and joy. This was more than just a stay—it was an experience. I can’t wait to return.

Superb

Great breakfast and conversion. Their bakery in San Jose is fairly close to us. We plan to visit it soon.

Stair way is fairly narrow and would be safer with a railing on the other side.

Good location but nothing special.

It was a good location as we were visiting various wineries and restaurants in the nearby St. Helena (Napa) area. There was plenty of hot coffee and a nice hot breakfast was prepared by the housekeeper. The dining room was large and cheerful and looked out over the large garden area. The downstairs public rooms were large and could accommodate a number of people.

It was impersonal. When we arrived, there was just a note tacked up to the front door, that indicated where our room was and that was it. We never saw anyone from this B&B except for the housekeeper the following morning. For the price, we expected more of an engaging experience. It's also close enough to the main highway that you hear car noise through the single pane windows. Because we were there during February, not much was in bloom and the grounds all looked like they needed some maintenance and attending to.

if you’re going to spend this kind of money, go up the road to Indian Springs

it was five minutes away from our party we attended.

it’s really not worth the money to stay here. $600 is a lot of money for one night, especially in this area, and frankly I just expected more. there was tons of mold in the shower, cobwebs in corners, and dust everywhere. It’s also pretty noisy. the walls are so thin we could clearly hear the conversation our neighbors were having, and promptly at 7:45 in the morning (when we would have liked to have slept in) we were woken up by the repeated slamming of a microwave door — someone heating breakfast in the common area.

Farm-fresh breakfast, friendly hosts, and extremely comfy bed. Loved the decor, was clearly curated to find a romantic getaway, yet homey vibe. Good amount of privacy with a lockable door to each suite so you could walk between the bedroom and private bathroom comfortably.

Romantic setting in a beautiful cozy home!

Amazing and delicious breakfast in the morning was a wonderful way to start our day in Napa! We loved walking around the gardens seeing the beautiful flowers and surroundings! They upgraded us to a King sized bedroom at no extra charge… adorable decor and we will definitely come back!

It's a comfortable B&B with friendly staff & close to many of the popular Napa Valley wineries.

Breakfast was fresh, healthy and delicious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable areas to sit and visit with other guests. Enjoyed walking around the property. It's a working farm with a garden, lots of trees, flowers and chickens.

Shower handle to get warm water was difficult to use.
