Bird-in-Hand Village Inn & Suites

It was very quaint and great location.

my only negative was the shower weak water pressure

The property is set in an Amish community where you can hear the clip clop of horse drawn wagons. The facilities are meticulously kept Victorian homes with modern amenities. Joy, the hotel manager, is a true joy. We were easily accommodated when we had only booked a room for one night but decided to stay another night. Breakfast was also delightful as are the shops and farmers market located adjacent to the property. Also it’s very close to Lancaster, a hidden gem where we spent all day Saturday exploring.

Our bed sank to the floor on one side. We let the staff know and they immediately moved us to a different room with the added bonus of a jacuzzi. We would have preferred that didn’t happen, but it was actually no big deal.

Quiet, spacious & comfortable for three adults! I liked the fact that we were able to go out to the parking lot from the kitchen back door in the apartment/hotel room! The breakfast was great!

The tv channels were confusing but overall it was fine.

1. Didn’t clean room after first night 2. Terrible breakfast first day and no breakfast second day had to go to some coffee shop across the street 3.Room not comfortable 4. Sink outside bathroom crowded
