Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff
How strong the smell in the chicken coop was. By it was far from the room. That’s the only thing you will find unpleasant in this place, but other than that: great for family and friends

This is a beautiful and quiet place to stay in Bird in Hand. We have stayed here several times and particularly enjoy the hot fresh breakfast.
We stayed in a different room than we usually do. This room would not allow for curtains to be closed all the way to block out morning sun ( due to sheers). Window shade allowed for privacy but not blocking of sun.

The property was lovely. The snacks and fresh cookies were a great treat at night. The mansion was beautiful.
The main door to the cottage house doesn't lock and was easily accessible for anyone to enter. The bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was running late and the Keurig machine was not working properly so we couldn't make coffee in the morning and had to wait for assistance from staff that was running late. To me it seemed the kitchen was unorganized.
