Everything was awesome with the exception of the wifi for the TV- That was way off!!!

The breakfast was excellent, and there were lots of options made-to-order. There were free snacks and drinks around the clock. The decor was nice for the old Victorian mansion, and the room was clean. The contactless checkin was easy and smooth.
The bed was uncomfortable, with a very soft mattress. The service at breakfast was slow to bus tables and to acknowledge us and take our order, but it could be because we ate at the busiest time.

The room was tidy, and my parents and I enjoyed the breakfast.
The AC was working well, just the AC made a lot of noise.

The property was lovely. The snacks and fresh cookies were a great treat at night. The mansion was beautiful.
The main door to the cottage house doesn't lock and was easily accessible for anyone to enter. The bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was running late and the Keurig machine was not working properly so we couldn't make coffee in the morning and had to wait for assistance from staff that was running late. To me it seemed the kitchen was unorganized.
