Adventures trip on 4th at almost heaven WV

Perfect Location and staff members are so helpful specially the Karen at the front desk she’s so good and helpful she told us about the Grand vue park near to the hotel to do lots of adventure activities that was amazing because of hers we made so many beautiful memories.

There was the smell of bleach throughout the hotel. I love bleach, but needs toned down some.

Great breakfast!

Front desk very unhelpful. Had to call out to them for assistance. Did not tell us we had to ask for daily housekeeping. Dispensers in the shower were empty. Only 2 luggage transfer carts for 3 floors. We were informed that they had a lot of long term guests and could not keep up with short time guests for housekeeping.

The breakfast was good and sufficient. You really need to add Hazelnut coffee flavored creamers, and Irish Crème flavored as well.

I did not like the way Bookings .com handled our payment of the room. I paid for the room prior to leaving home had a receipt monies had been accepted but when I got there had to flash my card again and be told no funds available. This was unacceptable.

It was located at a convenient place, next to walmart and lot of other food options. All paperwork was ready when we arrived.

The bath tubs were sleepery, water was draining very slow and my dad nearly slipped. We had booked 2 rooms and they assumed it's interconnecting when they were not. If they are manually assigning either need someone to be attentive or should switch to software. If they are already using software they must upgrade

They did not offer a bereavement rate to us upon check in. Although it was posted, several vehicles backed in spots and let vehicles idle for 15+ minutes every morning before dawn.

It was extremely clean, nice and modern. The breakfast was solid! This was a very nice place to stay on a road trip through Moundsville.

The pillows were annoyingly small. They were the size of couch accent pillows. This was impactful to getting quality rest.

Location was excellent, room was large and beds were comfy. We will stay here again.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfy. We were in town for a wedding at the grand vue resort and it was only 5 minutes away. Location is excellent, next to Walmart and plenty of restaurants. Was able to check in almost 2 hours early.

Our room was right next to the cleaning closest so it was a bit noisy early in the morning.

The best place to stay in Moundsville!

The hotel is in a perfect location in Moundsville. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, and the water pressure was great. The beds were comfortable as well. The hotel is next to Walmart and Buffalo Wild Wings, which made it easy to get food and gas.

Everything was great!
