Convenience to everything, the staff was lovely! The pool being open 24/7 was actually really nice because we didn’t have to swim the a ton of little kids the whole time

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who made check-in quick and seamless. Their professionalism and friendliness set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp linens and fluffy pillows that made for a perfect night's sleep. I also appreciated the little touches – plenty of outlets, great water pressure in the shower, and complimentary coffee and toiletries. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The hotel offered a great variety of breakfast options that were both delicious and freshly prepared. The fitness center and swimming pool was clean and well-equipped, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the property. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. Every team member I encountered – from housekeeping to management – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

The property was OK, the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower and floor was dirty when we got there and not cleaned it during our stay. At 8:30 PM on our first night at the property, the power went out… It did not go back on until noon the next day. Of course, no breakfast was served, but the staff could have gone to local places to get coffee and donuts for all of their guests. When I asked them about other places to stay the first lady, I spoke to said she had absolutely no idea! I think this was very poor customer service. The AC in our room did not work correctly during our stay here… But we were charged over $200 per night in this small town of Moundsville West Virginia, my husband asked if that would be an adjustment to our first night due to the lack of electricity and the amenities that were included in our room stay and he was told no.

Front desk staff was not helpful from checking in to check out, not a good reflection of Holiday Inn and especially the cost we paid in this small town.

Room overbooked and refund rejected. I paid $243 for absolutely nothing!!!!

Breakfast was a little lacking, the location was perfect.

Hot food wasn't always warm................selection could have been better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, although they appeared to be desperately understaffed.

Our room was FILTHY. There were crumbs, sock lint and God knows what else on the floors. The hard floor was definitely NOT mopped. The beds were made, but didn't look like the sheets had been changed from previous guests. The box spring cover has stains, too. It was very late when we checked in, so we slept on our own clothes and addressed it with the front desk in the morning. We were told it would be taken care of. We got in very late that night to find that our room hadn't been touched!!! So disgusting.

The hotel and room were very clean and everyone we encountered was very polite.

We really did not have any negatives with this stay.

When we checked in to our room we noticed the air conditioner wouldn’t work. Danielle at the front desk was super helpful and switched us rooms. She was super helpful in accommodating our extra guest the next night and found us a better room again. Could not say more great things about her!

Fantastic Stay ! Staff were Great! Pool and hot tub were excellent! The Breakfast was SPOT ON ! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ! Grills and PIZZA OVEN were a game changer!

Loved staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Moundsville, WV. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. We especially enjoyed the 24 hour pool and hot tub! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff was amazing, especially the one that checked us in, making it super easy! We all loved the pool and spa! Great experience, unique area to check out, definitely recommend.
