Design of the hotel was excellent, provided cool onsite communal areas great for connecting with people. Pool is excellent. Staff were very helpful and I was offered a complementary late checkout which was very kind!

The service was great. The food at the Spindletop Restaurant was delicious, and the hotel room was luxurious.
I don't like hotels that charge guests for parking. It's excessive.
