They kept my deposit and the room was dirty and had Roches and the plumbing was horrible not hot water

They bed bugs and all outlets didn’t work and there was mold in shower and the main door didn’t close properly the bathroom and there was stains in the bathroom

Absolutely nothing. It smelled horrible with mold. The sheets and comforter were disgustingly filthy. The staff was rude

I didn't like anything about my stay.

They didn't have the room I booked, claimed that it was under maintenance smh. The room they offered was dirty, the bed was wet all over, there was only one set of towels and when I asked for another set that should've already been in the room the guy at the front desk acted like it was too much to ask for. It's a $50 deposit and since I didn't have any cash on me I provided a credit card and was told the deposit would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and I have yet to see the deposit refunded to my account. I wouldn't recommend this place to absolutely anyone, not even an enemy. Book at your own risk, don't say I didn't warn you!

There was nothing to like about the property.

Their customer service. The clerk had me wait to attend me because he was on his personal phone. The room had a funny smell, the door had a gap which did not closed tight and it was missing the latch to lock.

It was close to the freeway. The property was pretty well lit at night on my side.

I was bigger than I expected. The outside was a little dirty and it smelled like someone peed by the stairs I had to go up to get to my room. It was hard getting towels after I requested 2 days in a row. My first room had electricity only on one side of the room, the toilet was stopped up when I got there, and the tv in my first room was smashed. I had to stay in that room the first night because I was told there weren’t any other rooms available. Then I had to wait another half day to get a new room.

That they minded their own business, very helpful,big rooms, I love the bed so comfortable and rested well.

That some one was trying to break into my car as I walk out of my room.

I like the night receptionist. She's beautiful and polite.

There need to be microwaves inside of the rooms instead in the lobby. Also I suggest having the sinks outside of at least some of the restrooms if not all. Morning receptionist is a little stern.

The price

Let’s start off with the biggest one there was no hot water. How is it possible that the staff working there do not notify the people staying at the hotel that there isn’t any hot water I had just gone there after the beach and I could barely even get in that cold ass water. second of all all the room smelled like cigars and weed thirdly, the staff was so unprofessional. They do not communicate with you. They’re on their phone while they’re working not even speaking to you. Fourth, the restroom was all messed up. Things were broken curtains were broken. The door itself did not have a lock so no one can come in. If the door handle doesn’t work the room was just not what I was expecting. The TV did not even work. I was trying my best to think of the positive but honestly, I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. The only good thing would be the price and I could see why I found the staff here super rude very untrustworthy mainly because of the fact that they don’t notify anybody about the issues that are going on. Will definitely not be staying here again.

The staff never answers the phone. Remote barely works for the TV. Very low water pressure, spa tub didn't work, had been given another room. Paint chipped & stain walls. No microwave in the room. Not enough towels.

Location was okay. The staff were rude. I asked them why I they keep locking my car, and the lady said that I have to get a new car for each day that I'm there or else they will think I checked out. Which doesn't make sense if I booked for 4 days.

The staff was never available at the front desk. My card would stop working on a daily basis. The location was terrible and of course the photos didn’t match what it showed online. The air conditioner didn’t work. The phone turned on and off there was hair in the sheets and The tub was still dirty and had no plug to take a bath

I only liked when they switched us to a new room .

I didn’t like that the property or staff put me and my child and my partner in a room that was really dirty and the toilet ended up flooding the room and bed’s where dirty they shouldn’t be renting the place out if they knew the room had problems we paid for a two beds and ended up with one and lost money & was just not happy especially because I could’ve fallen with all the water on the floor and due to me being pregnant .

The service was awesome . The room was great. Very comfy cozy which I loved.

I thought it had a spa bath but it didn’t . It’s under new ownership and no longer provided that.

Decent clean room including restroom and beds.

Neighbors Smoking made our room smell horrible. I booked a non-smoking area room in Advance and the office attendant said it they were all packed at last minute and only had smoking area rooms available.

Horrible place it seems they doing some kind of construction and they not following any safety procedure plus rooms has a hard smoke smell and rooms are not clean enough to host a family stay
