Do not go in looking for luxury, just a place to be in and out.

This location was close to where we were attending the event. Exactly 2min, but we got what we paid for.

We arrived at 2/2:30, am. We were given a room #117 across from the laundry room. Around 7am it was housekeeping in and out of that room with a cart that was extremely loud, the ladies were just loud talking because the lau fry machines were in use. You would think that if guest arrived at that time, obviously they are going to sleep in. Our room was non- smoking but the room next to it wasn't, so all of the smoke was coming into ours. The room was average although I reserved a king suite. The bathroom had a tub but no plug for it. The bathroom door frame at the bottom of each side looked full of deterioration and mold. Also make sure you keep your paid emails reflecting you have paid for your stay, because the attendant was getting ready to charge me again if I hadn't showed him that I had paid in full, minus the deposit.

I didn’t like that the rooms were so old. The bathrooms gave out like NOT CLEAN! The beds also gave like old, and dirty vibes. I almost left honestly. I’d say if you’re staying with your children, find something better, even if it costs another $50 (if you can afford it of course)

cheap, and ok-ish location if you want to go to long beach in 20-30 minutes.

"Will be back in 15 minutes" actually took longer than 15 minutes. Luckily, we found the receptionist in the back of the hotel (during check-in time). The receptionist also forgot to return my passport and said it would take about two weeks to get my deposit back unless I paid the $200 in cash. Luckily, the next day, another employee was at the reception who was a bit more competent and said the deposit would be released normally after a maximum of two days.

Very helpful staff at the reception, the room had everything you need for a short stay, microwave, fridge and coffee maker, for us in a reservation for 1 night I highly recommend, quiet area and free parking, we got the room a little earlier because it was ready, for which we are grateful.

Certainly no curtains on the window, no privacy during the day and when you close the curtains you feel like you are in a tomb. That's the only comment

A reading lamp. All there was, was overhead lights. To be fair, he said the room had not been redone yet. Neighborhood questionable. And, the desk person was behind pretty thick 'glass,' perhaps bulletproof? Yikes.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Though price was a bit expensive considering what we got.

I liked that the staff were accommodating when it came to providing us with what we asked for (for example: iron, ironing board, fixed our card key, etc). The check-in/check-out process was fairly smooth and took only minutes to get through, which I appreciated.

For the price we paid, I felt that room should’ve been better than it was. For example, the alarm clock was completely broken, the wifi was agonizingly slow, some of the drawers were jammed and couldn’t be opened, and the shower compartments were completely empty (shampoo, conditioner, soap dispensers).

The rooms were a good size and the beds were more comfortable than usual hotel rooms, it was in a good location with places to eat near by.

The restroom floor was dirty it needed to be mopped, and had a bit of a smell to it, maybe like remodeling plaster or something, I ended up having to get another room and was charged full price at midnight which I thought was unfair
