Room was great. Cleanness is great. I enjoy staying there and i will be coming back. Only thing was the people were smoking outside by the door entrance.

I called the front to ask for house keeping the night prior to actually needing the service, plus I asked for the toilet to be looked as it was not properly flushing. Came back after leaving so they could clean and service the toilet, and nothing! No one showed up. The rooms are not bad for the staff to neglect

Front desk closes. So try to be there early, not sure if I didn’t read the fine print but my room had no towels..Not sure if you are suppose to bring your own towels but it was an inconvenience non the less. Also they do not provide a remote control for the tv. Rooms are clean but that’s about it.

Staff was very nice and lots of parking. Only downside is the smell throughout the hotel. Smells like dog and weed. They use a lot of cleaners to mask the smell but this hotel seems like they have a lot of long term stays there. There was people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed and taking their animals bathroom. We only stayed for 1 night.

The wait for the night clerk to come down and open the door for us so we can check in took longer than it should’ve been. Then she gave us the wrong room number info and we were trying to get into someone else’s room. And because she wasn’t at the front desk, we had to wait AGAIN for her to come down and give us the correct room number. It smelled of gym locker room and weed. We noticed immediately that the floors hadn’t been swept/vacuumed nor the shelving storage. We indicated 3 adults but the only left 2 drying towels, we didn’t want to bother going down and waiting for a third time for her to come down. Next day coming back from our day, our key card didn’t work for our room. Also, the security doors weren’t requiring a key card, so anyone was able to just walk in. We had to call her to come down and fix our key card again. The elevator took us to a random floor which she did warn us it does that sometimes. Even though the building is newer, you wouldn’t be able to tell based on the smell. I’ve been to cheap hotels, extended stays, fancier hotels and this was not a good choice. Newer doesn’t always mean better. I’ve stayed at older, dated places that I would go back too over this place.

The location is great. I can tell the hotel is turning into the hotel that the locals go to. You can smell weed inside and outside of the hotel. Bed not comfortable. This hotel is good for a quick over night get up and get out. The staff was great to many ppl hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed

Checked in on Friday afternoon. I walked into one of my rooms and there was a cockroach crawling down the wall. I found a maintenance worker and he brought bug spray. Saturday morning I woke up to approximately 10 cockroaches in my kitchen area. I could not ask the front desk as they are closed at 9am. I could not ask for extra towels Sunday morning because again, the front desk is closed until 10am. There were people hanging out in the parking lot all night. Some guy was smoking from a straight glass pipe in his car back of the building. I won’t be staying here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Upon entering the bathroom, I found a dirty rag left behind, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleaning standards. Additionally, the sink was clogged, making it difficult to use and adding to the inconvenience. Did not even get a partial refund this hotel is a joke..

Just a few minor things to point out: *bed was very squeaky *pillows are too small/need more than 2 *very thin blanket for the bed *no shampoo or conditioner offered *no daily room service to provide fresh towels or remove trash *no access to open or close blinds *4th floor elevator down button was broken *multiple people outside in the parking area all hours of the night
