The staff was friendly, helpful and informative.
Overflowing trash can by side entrance. The smell of the hallways. It doesn't appear dirty but perhaps get rid of the carpet. The curtains need to be replaced.

The cable TV was terrible it is still in Analog needs to be Digital. It was like watching TV from the 70s.

Breakfast was pleasant. Check-in was very quick. Noise level was okay.
Whole place needs updating, renovation. Many very used doors, baseboards, and the like. Floor always seemed wet/damp.
