Arrived at 4 to attempt to check in my room to a front office with no human working. Had sign saying "virtual office". I called the number to reach assistance and it ringed with no answer. It took an hour to get someone on the phone, not from the hotel Mermaid Inn but Agoda. They had me on phone over 30 minutes with no assistance. My family member got someone on phone from Mermaid Inn finally and we got access to the room. The next morning I asked the room cleaner who was down the balcony about getting the bathroom cleaned and fresh towels and she said I needed to message the property and request it. Tried messaging the property which I assume is Agoda. I never heard anything back from them and went with no fresh towels or room cleaner
