    Rooms smell of mold’ not properly cleaned. Towels and linen are old/ have hair embedded on them and stained and or dingy . They need a better washer system. Floors weren’t swept. Found dead flies, and baby roaches. I was moved from 1st room which was a nightmare into 2nd room which was better, but I still was disappointed because the pictures online were highly misleading. Had the pictures been authentic I wouldn’t have booked at all! There’s a $100 deposit and they’ll make you wait until housekeeping confirms room is ok before returning monies. That part is hilarious considering the condition of the room. We slept with our clothes on and didn’t bother using the comforter on bed. Regardless if it’s a motel you’d still except something decent. This place stay away from unless you’re desperate or in a financial pinch. Lady at the front desk told me that it’s the third parties that mis represent their accommodation. However if it weren’t for the third parties/booking sites this place wouldn’t exist! I guarantee that! I took videos which I can’t upload unfortunately.

    Upon finishing check-in at the oyo hotel I turned to pick up my bags and they were gone. I clearly remembered putting them right behind me, when I asked staff to check the video he said no very rudely. Only later did he explain to me to ask the morning staff to look at the camera. The next day I go to ask her about the cameras and he said that the guy said there was nothing there if I wanted to check the camera I could come back later. I don't even think they check the cameras but I will be fine without my bags. When I checked in I did my booking online and when I checked in they checked me in for a one bed one person room I asked for a two bed two people room and they would not compensate me monetarily so they told me they could move my room but I didn't want that by then. When my boyfriend came the man charged me extra to add him to the room but mind you I just made a booking online that said two beds two people. And the first day we were in the room in the morning staff walks right in our room not even knocking on the door. So there you go I do not recommend this hotel.
