Terrible and disappointed.

That it was near the casino.

The person who gives us the rooms at checking didn't have two smoking rooms next to each other so I had to get one non smoking room. Then later in the evening a different person was working and gave someone else the key to the room I had already booked. Then I had to go down to the office and get another key because my key was deactivated. Then my friend forgot the key to the room and went to get another one and I booked both rooms and had listed her on the reservation too and I had to go down and show my ID again. Then people were knocking on my door because someone had delivered food to my room and just left it outside my door without even knocking to see if it was at the correct room. So I'm checking out going somewhere else at 2am. Then there's bugs in the room too.

Location was fine. That's about the only thing good I can say about the place. And maybe that the bed was very comfortable.

There was No breakfast. They need to tell you this on their website. This was one of the amenities I was looking forward to. If they no longer have free breakfast, they should not advertise it on their website.

The location is good for me. The bathroom was okay

The room was dirty me and my spouse. Ended up wiping down the filthy walls killing flies and woong old ketchup stains off the wall. The TV sucked it didn't really have any channels and it was small Oh and this is how we know it wasn't clean we found cereal and some other food on the top shop

Staff was great, but nothing i liked about the hotel, but I booked the hotel based on the pictures and that it had a free breakfast which wasn't the case. Hotel is run down and there was a major gap in the door I couldn't sleep well because I didnt feel safe, caution tape on the reception entrance was concerning traveled on a sunday so wasn't much traffic or people so it was quiet. I mean we only needed a bed so we got what we paid for. Now no ice machine is wasn't working, the soda machine was jammed so I lost a few coins no water available for purcahse on-site which I believe is bare necessary to have available for your guest. The area its self is run down and full of riff raff that you dont want to get in the way of. Would I stay here again no. There's other hotels in the area I would have rather stayed at.

Highly disappointing

The bed was large and great pillows 😌

There was no soap, shampoo, or lotion in the room. The floor was dirty. I got out of the shower and walked to the bed to finish getting dressed. My feet got dirty because the floor was disgusting. There was no breakfast as described when booking. The floor shook as others walked by. I was on the second floor. The bathroom was so small that you smacked your knees with the door when closing it. The room also smelled very musty and was hot when walking in. It was not worth paying $75 for the night. I also could not get a refund on the room. Very dissatisfied with a Wyndham resort Days Inn. It makes the Motel 6 look like a high-end resort compared to where I stayed.

My God what the hell dodbI pay for.....

Seemed decent at first and they let me check in a little early.

The room had roaches that went up my legs and around the floor and trash can I killed some. there was complete chaos happening all night 4 cops arrived people above me were fighting, a transvestite pulled a gun on someone outside my room and was fighting with his lover and other neighbors above me were kids that made noise and banged on the walls and floor all night. SAN Bernardino is an absolute democrat wasteland and the area is terrible and straight insane. I feel bad for the owners who have to try and operate in such a sick area full of atrocious behavior and low class people. The pool was elephant bath full if bad ass kids pissing and turned it cloudy. No one there enjoys their stay unless you take some fentanol and die. You're not gonna get any rest. It was the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. It was a 19 dollar value and they charge 100. insane!!!!! The worst I came up the mountain for the same price I got silence and a shitty little cabin it was light years better then down there. same price. 100. Save your money and move along. Highland Ave. is not where you want to be. Unless you enjoy the ghetto and it's inconsiderate people.
