I have stayed here a few other times and things were great, I was very disappointed this time.

The location to the University of Redlands. The size of our room was good. The outside noise wasn't too bad. The air conditioner worked well.

No one seemed to ever clean the tables in the breakfast area. We were there as it was opening for breakfast and there was trash on the floor and the tables were dirty. Also, the water was lukewarm. I never turned the cold water on when I took a shower. The bathrooms in the lobby area were dirty.

Guests not informed about cleaning schedules. Bathroom was not cleaned found hair and basin has stains and mould between counter top and basin.

Best place in Redlands

The place was amazing and awesome location And the guy at the front door was the best Person I ever met that work for a hotel. He was amazing. I wish I could give him a raise. He was very helpful and helped me with everything I needed to feel comfortable.

They put me upstairs by a door so all night. I heard the door slamming could not get much rest But the place was amazing and very clean pool. Basketball court a gym in a place to eat at And breakfast in the morning.

Anniversary Get Away

The hotel was immaculate and the room was very nice and comfortable. The free breakfast was very good, lots of options.

We asked for a late check out. The clerk was hesitant about it ( this was a Monday morning), and only gave us 30 minutes.

Will never stay here again and now thinking I’ll stay away from all Marriott properties

They gave away our room and I was stuck sharing a bed. We booked a room with 2 queens with a couch. We had to stay in the room with one bed and a couch. Didn’t offer a discount or anything. Plus the guy at reception said the playpen was all setup in the room. It was not and there was no bedding for it either. We were in room 231 and the outside door downstairs slammed hard every time someone opened it Breakfast was subpar. I had 2 presentations the next morning to prepare for and had to deal with the stress of the hotel. Just a terrible experience. . By the way. I never write bad reviews

The room size was great! It provided ample space and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast provided could definitely use improvement. The options offered were quite limited and the taste was rather bland, leaving much room for enhancement. However, what concerned me the most during my stay was the internet connection, which was consistently awful. It severely impacted my ability to complete even basic tasks, making it a frustrating experience overall.

The room was spacious, especially bathroom and kitchen/dining area. They had a great breakfast with plenty of room.

Road triping with the Grands.

This hotel was a perfect stopping point from Phoenix to Visalia. The front desk gentleman was exceptional, very friendly, and accommodating. The room was huge and very clean. The location to many restaurants was excellent.

I picked this hotel because of the location and how good it looked online. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with my stay. My room was meant for someone who was disabled and I was expected to stay in a dirty room.

My room was still dirty from the previous guest. When I asked if I could have another room the girl with the blonde hair was very rude and denied my request.

A strongly fresh and welcoming humble abode.

Besides it smelling heavenly, its a very lovely quiet clean and peaceful place. the staff is very professional and all the workers do their job great. The hotel building is pretty distanced from any possible disturbances(like the public), yet it’s only a few minute drive from the beautiful Redlands shopping center which is full of good stores. The pool and basketball court were lots of fun, very neat. Along with the breakfast which was better than what most other hotels have to offer.
