I love how I walked in last night min and Anthony was willing to accommodate my family an I with a vacant unit. After being at Majic Kingdom for 11 hours i was ready to shower and lay down. We checked into a unit but the tv didn’t work. However I had kids so of course after a shower they want to watch tv until bed, Anthony with no hesitation asked us to come down to replace our room. I woke up this morning for breakfast and he was still there assisting members. Just wanted to say a small thank you, even the courtesy water the company provides was thoughtful. Hospitality goes along way!

The hotel was clean and in a great location and staff was friendly and easy check in.
The breakfast could have been better. More variety of fruit and couple more hot items would have been nice. After a while it got messy and food and plates etc started to run out and be empty.

It's close to Disney world, shopping centers and good places to eat at.
The sheets where dusty and need to update the bathroom and it was a funny smell in the room
