Every front desk staff member at Prime was very friendly and helpful. *** even helped me repair my beach metal detector when a part broke off. Any concerns about my room were handled to my satisfaction. My only complaint is about the $50 valet parking fee per night. I know it is market rate for that area, but it forced me to park overnight in the 7th street parking garage for $20/night and walk 6 blocks every time I needed my car. The $90 savings was worth it for me, but why not offer a senior citizen or multi-night stay discount on parking as well?

Loved my experience at PRIME Hotel. My room was absolutely beautiful. It was the corner room shown in many advertisements. The staff (including Stu at the FD) was extremely hospitable answering all my questions and going the extra mile to assure my comfort. Location was literally across Ocean Avenue and a 30 second walk to the beach. I was allowed to check in early with no additional fee. There was a complimentary coffee bar and fruit infused water station in the lobby every morning for guests. Although my room did not have a balcony some rooms do and were perfectly situated. The room was spacious, extremely clean, came with 2 bathrobes, microwave and mini fridge, and filled with lots of light. When I arrived I had a personalized hand-written note encouraging me to enjoy my stay and thanking me for choosing Prime. They also left me two bottles of water and a bag of cookies that were complimentary. A very nice touch of customer service indeed. Pool area was gorgeous. It was located on the roof and had towels, a fruit infused water station and a lap pool which was not deep but served it's purpose. Nice views and privacy there. Bathroom was SPECTACULAR!! Make-up lighted mirror on the wall, a huge walk in shower with spouts from the top as well as the wall and also a hand-held wand. Hotel was fairly quiet as my visit was during off season right after Labor Day. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want a more personalized and hospitable experience.
