Stayed at this hotel many times before..This is the first time I stayed in front and the rooms are much cleaner , much nicer , everything seems to work.. and best of all it's 10 times more quiet.No doors slamming or loud people...

Had three large bags of luggage no elevator was put on the second floor. If there's anywhere to find coffee we weren't told where. Room was very small one trash in the entire , room the room had a kitchenette, full size fridge absolutely nothing in the kitchen though, I didn't know nothing included, which wasn't a big deal but if I needed anything for the kitchen it was extra just never stayed any place so bare bones and small. We had to wait a while for someone to check us in .

Went to check in and desk says theres no wayer but plumber on the way!! I reserved a queen size bed but was told didnt have one so he says we gave you an upgrade!! Well upgrade was to a 2 double bed room!! Definitely not an upgrade!! Then guy at the desk says your room isnt ready yet so itll be a couple more hours!! I went to my truck!! Decided to attempt to see if they had another room available!! So went back in and it was a lady and i asked her if another room was available and she looks and gives me the keys to the one he just told me 5 min ago wouldnt be ready for a couple hours!! Got to my room and was gonna lock the door and the screws in the latch were all so loose they were about to fall out!! So many things not right that if i thought i could get refund i wouldve and went to another motel!! Definetly paid way to much for a double bed!!
