About this apartment rental
The apartment is very nice and ideal for families with children. It is adored by children for the gallery with the bed; downstairs there is a double bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, terrace. Free parking is in front of the apartment. In the garden, the barbecue, and in front of the house, a playground. It is located in a tourist area just a few minutes from the beach and the beach facilities.
The neighborhood is touristic with lots of greenery around; there are restaurants, tennis courts, night clubs, bars. The center of Umag is about 1 km away and can be reached on foot, by tourist train or by car.
For those over the sea and also want to visit the surroundings, there are particular small towns such as Grožnjan, the country of artists, Motovun, a typical medieval village, Livade, the country of the truffle, Lim Channel, Pula with its amphitheater, Hum, the smallest city of the world, for the children Istralandia, the water park.
* Registration only on the first day, per person 7€, to be paid in cash on site.
* We kindly ask our guests to take care of the appliances.
* Small pets are admitted with the previous request, with a supplement of 13€ per night
* Any damage will be charged on the spot.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage war super in 10 Minuten waren wir am Strand (Sand) und auch die Restaurants, Zentrum waren innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Perfect for couples with 2 double bed, nearby city but very quiet, offer all you need, sandy beach is nearby, top place for us.
