The 50m2 apartment has a large covered terrace furnished with garden furniture and a pool view. The accommodation consists of two rooms with a double bed (160x200) of which one without an external window with glass in the upper part of the wall that divides the two rooms, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink with mirror, toilet, external window, two bath towels per person are provided. The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with essential kitchen utensils, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, stove with 4 electric ceramic hobs, dining corner with table and chairs, a comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV flat screen, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioner and exit to the 20 m2 covered terrace. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters as the structure of the beaches changes. Near the apartment there are a couple of restaurants and pizzerias. The Punta restaurant about 700 m from the house offers a wide choice of fish menus, appetizers, first courses and deserts. Just 400 m away is the tourist train station which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and runs along the coast to Umag center and vice versa. In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children. To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips.
