The apartment is composed of two double bedrooms, one of which has no outside windows, with glass at the top of the wall dividing the two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen equipped with a table and chairs, a sofa for 2 persons, a bathroom with a shower, satellite TV, Free Wifi, air conditioning. The accommodation is ideal for 5 people with two couples or a family with children.
Free access to the pool, hot tub, beach chairs, umbrellas, use of bicycles, free public parking near the house or near the apartment, barbecue, public playground near the house.
* The final cleaning fee is €50 and must be paid in cash to the owner upon arrival.
* On arrival, you have to pay in cash the registration fee of € 7 per person only on the first day.
* Deposit is paid on site € 200, and returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
* Guests are asked to use the appliances with care.
* Any damage caused will be charged on the spot.
