We had the worst experience. The nighttime staff, named Mir, is the single worst, rude hotel worker I've ever encountered. I asked for a book of matches which he gave me, then came out 5 min later and argued with me infrint of other guests to get the matched back since I was "done using them". He had us wait in the lobby for 6 hours refusing to let us go to our room even though we had an agreement for an early check in. All because my fiance had to do the damage deposit from her debit card, not my own because my wallet had been stolen, which i clearly read the handbook and was not a rule whatsoever. But he ignored that and continued to have us sit in the lobby with all our luggage until another worker clocked in, asked us what the issue was, and without hesitation got us in our room and apologized for Mir and his attitude. Truly God bless the lady that helped us. Oh and not to forget that Mir repeatedly tried to kick us out even though the room was paid for and I had my ID, all because he wouldn't except the payment from my finances card who had her valid id and was on the reservation had a guest just not the primary. All infront of a dozen or so customers. It was a nightmare. But they do have a great lady working for them, she's a diamond in the rough.i wish I rembered her name. She works 1st shift Im sure if she read this she'd remember who we were. Thank you for your assistance thatday. We are forever grateful. The rest of the staff could learn a thing or two from her.

The property offers a clean and well maintained environment, making for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping does an excellent job, and parking is convenient. The location is great for exploring the area, with good walkability to nearby to restaurants. However, the pool could use some only as it lacks a kiddie area for smaller kids. Overall, it’s solid choice for a relaxing getaway with friendly staff and decent facilities.
