Very nice staff.
The elevator and the landings got dirty, they were cleaned at times but there were many people in and out of the facility.

Bed was comfy. Just needed better and more pillows and clean sheets.
The availability of a stove, microwave, and fridge was very helpful.
It was quite.
No breakfast. Dirty sheets. Pillows were not comfortable. Not enough towels. No pots/pans, kitchen essentials available when there's a stove.

Coffee maker didn't work or staff was lazy to make any poor choices for grab and go. The soda machine didn't work either.
