Helpful staff and clean and comfortable

Everything is perfect

I just don’t like people who stay they don’t park their car right sometimes they get two parkings. We one car or three parkings with one car and no one is checking how they park or do something

It was quiet and felt safe ! 2 gas stations next door and Burger King in the same parking lot! ART the front desk guy was so sweet and very knowledgeable I’d definitely stay again!

The location was good, parking accessible, the beds and pillows were comfy, it was relatively clean inside the room. The elevators worked. The staff were nice.

The biggest and most intolerable issue: the toilet didn't flush properly. It literally never flushed correctly during my stay. I had to have the maintenance man come twice to deal with it. It never was fixed, because its not a fixable problem--its a deeper issue with their plumbing or water pressure or toilets. I didn't bother asking for a new room because I was only there for two nights and it would have been more of a hassle for me to re-pack and move. So I had to "go" elsewhere like a homeless person! Reading other reviews, plumbing seems to be some kind of ongoing problem that remains to be addressed. Also the halls were very dark and dingy--old carpets, flickering lights and all. The hallways looked like a dark apartment hallway you'd see in a horror movie. It was literally scary. I would get to my door with trembling hands eager to get inside. Additionally, the cards to open the door didn't always work. I went down to the lobby to re-check if I was at the correct room because the light was red whenever I put the card in, and I did try both cards. The man at the front gave me a third card, and I still had trouble getting in, but eventually the light turned green and I was able to open the door. The continental breakfast is from 6:30am to 9:30am. Personally I find that a ridiculously early cut-off time. My final complaint, they don't come in to clean the room unless you ask in advance by 11am. Not optimal. I cannot recommend this place and will not return.

The parking was scarce. The carpets looked like they needed to be cleaned. It looks kind of outdated.
