They did accommodate our needs, but it was unfortunate we could not fully enjoy our stay.

The room was nice, and having the restaurant available was an additional asset.

We had a few unfortunate events in the location of our room. There was a couple arguing, doors being abruptly closed for better part of the night. We saw quite a few young adults outside that were very disruptive, drinking, then seeing remnants in front of the grass area where they got sick from drinking. Now later in the night, we could no longer tolerate it and informed the front office of the circumstances, and that we would be leaving earlier upon our visit.

The room had a very comfortable homey vibe. The hot tub was also very nice. Love having a restaurant in saloon attached.

The place is very noisy the walls are very thin. Every single night when I got back from work late at night there was absolutely no parking i had to park two blocks away from my hotel room. The shower is tiny and the shower curtain attacks you the entire time. Even though checkout was 11 the housekeeper knocked twice on my door waking me at 9 AM. In all honesty I had a better stay at the motel 6.

Cousins Restaurant is on site making it very convenient for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had both breakfast and dinner as while we were there two nights. Dinner to go and breakfast in the restaurant. Room was on the ground floor, large, clean, all advertised amenities were functional and in order. Great Value in a nice location in the Gorge.

There wasn't anything we did not like. We have stayed here before, so we had calibrated expectations. The rooms are not brand new but clean and in good condition. The wallpaper and paint in the bathroom are starting to show some age and curling d/t the moisture. We can deal with that.

Like the fact that there was a ground floor option as we were coming home from a 2-week trip and we had lots of items to carry into the room making multiple trips back and forth to the car arriving and leaving. I do not leave luggage and such in the vehicle. The price is a good value as the room was large and clean. Everything worked - coffee maker, air conditioner, hair dryer, tv, etc... The staff said they offer free cookies in the evening along CD videos which is nice, but we did not take advantage of it.

Don't use wallpaper in bathrooms they rarely stay. The wallpaper curling up from the floor and the paint/ceiling material was coming loose above the shower. Not a critical issue it just something that stands out when using the bathroom.

Enjoyable getaway in the Dalles.

Very convenient location. Enjoyed our stay. Ate breakfast in the restaurant once and would rate it as a 4 out of 5. The room and the bed was very comfortable. Heating & air conditioning controls were much better than usual. The fireplace and ease of operation was a nice touch.

This isn't a complaint. It's just an observation. There were only two pictures in a very large room--both of them had been located behind lamps. Very odd.

This property is conveniently located right off the freeway and has a restaurant in the parking lot. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was very good. Our room actually had real glasses and coffee mugs instead of plastic and paper cups. We would recommend this property.

The rooms were very clean and nice size. Liked that there was in room coffee. The bed was very comfy. Was pretty quite for the most part.

Wish our rooms could of been next to each other or on the same floor. Restaurant was very very slow for just ordering pie soup and a single order of fries took almost an hour.

Room very comfortable, and spacious, with two balconies. Pity it looked on to a petrol Station.

Restaurant, we waited 10 minutes to be seated , which was ok, but then had to wait an hour for our meal. When it finally came it was nearly cold. Also breakfast was only luke warm. Definitely would not recommend it. More than half the tables empty, but they still made people wait to be seated.
