Last time I'll stay there.

I have stayed here a lot - never had a bad experience but nothing great either. This time was much different and I won't be going back.

No housekeeping, bathroom in disrepair, bed in disrepair, kitchen "down" so only cold breakfast. To top it off, my eyeglasses, not prescription, just disappeared from my room while I was out.

Both of my stays cleanliness was just ok. The first stay we found a dirty sock in our room. Our second stay the bathroom floor near the bathtub was pretty gross. Additionally both stays we were not provided a blanket for the pull out couch that we needed to use. The first stay we were able to get a small blanket from the front desk. The second stay we were given a mattress protector to use. I ended up having to run to Fred Meyer's to buy a blanket for my kids to use. I would say if they could plan on having full bedding available for the pullouts instead of just sheets and one pillow, the family rooms would be well set up.

Spendy. Over $200 per room but in a small community so I feel like we’re being taken advantage of. Put us in a handicapped room but didn’t fully explain the features so we couldn’t get the privacy curtains down. Toilet seat was broken.

Hotel conveniently located, beautifully appointed, clean, friendly and a great breakfast.

The hotel was beautifully appointed, clean, staff friendly even though the hotel was completely full. The breakfast offered many choices and extremely clean. Close location to restaurants, gas stations and small shopping center. Not necessary to travel to the city center which is very crowded and impossible to find parking. Well done Holiday Inn Express.

Was fine

Everything over all was great, the breakfast was good. The only things that were not excellent were the cleanliness of the room we stayed in and the elevator was very slow which was a surprise since it’s a new building. Our room you could tell that the shower was not cleaned and there was empty bottles of liquor in the shelves under the sink.

There was a used towel in the bathroom when we arrived. Apparently missed by the cleaning person. Also, there was no room cleaning during our stay.

I was concerned about staff working she seemed a bit under the influence. I got a room for 4 and had 2 towels. The headboard on one bed was a little dirty. The extra $15 incidental charge went through and I had to call to have removed. The price is a little high for what you get.
