Extended Stay America Suites - Austin - Metro

I recently stayed at the Extended Stay of America, Metro I had a truly exceptional experience, all thanks to the manager, Elizabeth. She is an incredible person who goes far beyond the call of duty to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-cared for. During my stay, I ran into a difficult situation, and Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful. She was sincere, incredibly helpful, and went out of her way to look out for my safety and shield me from some unpleasant people. It is rare to encounter a manager who is so genuinely kind and protective of her guests. I felt safe and supported the entire time, and I cannot thank her enough. If you are looking for a place where you will be treated with true kindness and professionalism, this is the place to stay. And also let me not forget the staff is also awesome. I haven’t met that one person at that front desk that did not greet me with a smile and make sure that I was taken care of on every aspect.

Five stars for the Extended Stay America in the Austin Metro area! Elizabeth, the manager, is an absolute gem. Her hospitality and helpful attitude are unmatched. She truly goes the extra mile to make guests feel taken care of. Thank you for everything
