    My stay was ok. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Only thing is Ethernet that was advertised with the room didn't work and the phone was broken. Other than that is was good for that money

    Ac not working in room, no towels, bugs everywhere, filthy bathroom. Sheets had not been washed. Overall horrible experience. Checked in late. Exhausted from traveling didn’t have any other options. NEVER AGAIN

    We wanted a hotel that was going to be chill, fun for the kids and allowed pets. We chose it for the pool, free breakfast, free parking, and pets allowed. Total scam. Parking is only $5 per day, but NOT free (as advertised). Pets are allowed, but the pet fee posted on the description is $25. WRONG! They charge $75. And just because pets are permitted for a fee does not mean it is pet-friendly or anyone friendly for that matter. We went before Labor Day (still 100 degree weather and swimming season), pool was completely drained and dusty with leaves. Doesn’t look like it has been open for a while. Breakfast was included, but when we got there at 8am the single coffee dispenser was empty. As I approached the unstaffed front desk to let them know it needed to be refilled I see a gallons of UNREFRIGERATED milk and boxes of pastries and pop tarts on the floor. No idea how long they had been there I refrigerated. No thank you! Didn’t partake. The room AC was very loud and hardly cooled. We had a room for 4 and had one single use baggy of shampoo for one single hair wash. Linens, bedding, towels, and bathroom seemed clean. The rest of the room is questionable. Very disgusting carpet with visible stains everywhere. Terrible lighting. TV, microwave and mini fridge worked. The ICE machine was turned off with an “out of order” sign. The staff behaved professionally and went through the motions of checking people in, but were far from friendly or helpful. Zero stars. Do not recommend. A bunch of false advertising tbh
