Clean & convenient location to town & interstate.

Little girl in hallway knocking on our door after we were in bed. Apparently meant to knock on different door. Was concerned she was not accompanied by an adult.

Everything. Our needs were met.

Honestly, I can’t think about anything. We were pleased from beginning to the end of our stay.

We had the disability room with the walk in shower and shower chair. Very nice to use when you have mobility issues. Good breakfast with many choices. Very clean. Super helpful staff.

Well kept. Front desk people were exceptional, everyone was VERY FRIENDLY. Nicely kept, good nights sleep. Fair price.

I was missing a very important stack of gift cards worth $300- 400. In Tennessee where realized I didn’t have them, I called the front desk and a woman who had a very strong accent, ( very difficult to understand ) answered the phone. When I finally got her to understand what I was saying, she promptly said “ Nothing there, room cleaned “ I ask if she could check the room, and a woman in the background immediately said “ just tell him NO” Very heartbreaking and frustrating. TWO DAYS later I received a telephone call from a current guest who was in the same room I had been ( 119 ). He was calling to ask me if I was missing something ??? There they were in the night stand, right where I had placed them. Hmmm ? This has me asking numerous questions about the staff you employ ???
