Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable but everything else is the reason why we won’t be coming back.

Hotel linens had holes in them. When asked for new sheets those also had holes. The towels had long hairs folded in them. When asked for new towels those also had long hairs folded in. The first night of our stay was very noisy outside, loud train and freeway nearby as well as other guests slamming doors.

Bed was comfortable.

Room had a lot of ants which ended up on the bed and our luggage and clothing. There was also a spider and dead insects in the bathroom.

Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and very disappointing.

The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The door didn’t close properly, and when we opened the mini fridge, a cockroach came out. The pillows and blankets had stains, and the walls were dirty.

Good Enough Stay For The Price.

The price was right. The room was clean inside! The owner & his wife very customer service oriented. No problem with parking. No people were hanging around at all.

The exterior of the building looks a little shabby. The door didn't seem that secure, top bar lock was hanging off.

Great stay!

Our room was nice and clean, the bed was so comfortable I didn’t even want to wake up to check out. We had a late check in and the manager waited up for us, he was so kind. The location was perfect, 8 minutes from knotts berry farm and 8 minutes from chain reaction, that was great. Everything was worth what I paid for.

On the outside the hotel looks a little off putting but the room was honestly very cozy.

The location is in a really good area with lots of shopping and it’s close to Disneyland and knotts berry farm.

The room was still available.

I got an email that booking was confirmed but when I got there the person behind the counter told me it didn't get accepted. The rooms were still available but he charged me more than the price I paid for online. The property was cluttered with trash and debri.
