This was the worst hotel experience ever! Due to noise we moved rooms twice the first night and only got a couple hours

Close to restaurants.

Noise, uncomfortable beds, high water level and slow flushing toilet, slow draining bathroom sink, only one mirror, no hair conditioner, only had regular coffee, no decaf.

Knotts/Disneyland family trip with kids

Location is great short 5 minute drive to knotts and 20 minute drive to Disneyland. Beds were comfortable and facilities clean. Right next to McDonald’s, black bear diner and Paul’s diner.

We did not like the customer service received from the front desk. The staff needs to be brighter, nicer to all consumers and customers of the property Sunday morning front desk receptionist was very rude. This is not the first time she has been rude. We’ve stayed there a couple of many times and she never seems to be understandable or helpful to anybody.

The friendliness and customer service are excellent. Always welcoming when my Husband and I are in town from our busy work schedules to unwind and relax before going back to reality. The rooms are always clean and ready for comfort and relaxation. With many dining options available in the area, it is a great location. Parking is also great there.

We frequent here a lot, and there has never been an issue or problem. Every person who assists us does so with kindness, concern, and friendliness.

I liked that the area was safe and quiet

I wish they cleaned the walls more , common touched surfaces . I always clean the door handles , light switches and such and I was surprised to see how much dirt came off the handles and desk surfaces . The sink also a lot of dirt came off of that counter top .

COMFORT, QUALITY, PRICE

It's very comfortable. The bed was soft. It has a small refrigerator, a work desk, clean towels, and a hairdryer. They have a microwave in the lobby and there's a coffee bar in the mornings. There's a parking, and there's a McDonald's across the street. It was a perfect choice!

There was a lot of noise in the mornings from the guests, and there were some mosquitoes in the room.

Good hotel depending on room location

It very good located, the room was clean

Our room was located right next to an entrance door, which made it extremely noisy throughout the night. The door kept banging constantly, and we couldn't get any rest due to people coming and going all night and into the morning. Additionally, groups of people were talking loudly right outside our window, which made it even harder to sleep. If we had been given a different room, we likely would have had a much better experience and could have given a more positive review. Unfortunately, we booked the hotel specifically to rest, and that just wasn’t possible.

Location - very practical. Near to restaurants, gas station, supermarkets, good diners, convenience store (7-Eleven), fastfood (McDonald's) and attractions (Angels Stadium, Disney), easy access to other locations and attractions (Citadel Outlet, Long Beach, Santa Monica, Sequoia National Park, etc.)

Maybe noise isolation could be improved to better isolate noise produced by guests nearby rooms.
