The staff is welcoming, professional and very helpful. The 24 hour coffee bar has delicious coffee, the breakfast is as a good as a free breakfast can be with a nice variety of offerings. The women who staff the breakfast room are remarkably kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. There are retaruants and a big shopping area within a mile from the hotel, but you need a car to get there.
The beds, pillows and bedding are very clean, but I would rate the comfort an 8/8.5 on a scale of 1-10. The similarly priced Holiday Inn Express nearby has better mattresses (but overall I prefer this Hampton Inn.) Also, while the hotel is less than a mile from shopping and restaurants, you need a car to reach them.

Nice place. Clean room
Every thing was fine. Only issue was the shower Handel fell off. It needed tightening

Breakfast is great for a hotel like this - omelets, yogurts, commercial bakery items, cereals, waffles... the coffee is very good. It's a Hampton Inn, not a 5 star hotel, but fine and better than the Holiday Inn Express nearby.
The staff is LOVELY.
The mattress was neither great nor bad. The other nice hotel in the area (Holiday Inn Express) is tucked in with and more convenient to (and walkable to some) stores and restaurants; Hampton Inn is quite close as well, but you will need a car to go out.
