Breakfast was exceptional. The staff had great recommendations for restaurants and was extremely friendly and helpful. We had 3 rooms, all of which were tastefully decorated. One of the rooms was a little cramped, but the others were great. The coffee room was also well stocked with drinks and snacks. Cookies were yummy!

Nice looking building. Located close to the center of Bar Harbor which is nice. Cozy room.
Room service was on an ask only basis which was made difficult since there wasn't someone available 24x7. This was unexpected for the cost. Had several spiders in the room. Dead mouse outside the building one morning. A/C unit was difficult to configure to keep the room comfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable. Toilet seat was practically falling off. Absolutely no place to hang wet towels.
