The location with an oceanview and the room with a balcony. In addition to the room, It is quite big which is very cozy and clean.
Only one and that is the front door. It really is hard to open it. Have to do it many times and really have to force the handle down to open it.

Shower needed upgrading.

It isn't plush but it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was much better than any of the national chains. The views from our room were beautiful. The bus transportation into Bar Harbor center was a great bonus.
