Good place off of the interstate and had no issues having to change assigned rooms due to a elderly traveler who couldn't climb the stairs.
From what I could tell, it was a limited continental breakfast. As wound up going next door to McDonalds for a biscuit meal which was a even worse idea.
Only other thing, which is not a like or not like, is the driveway to the place that is a little long and you turn in front of the McDonald's (Turn at Sikeston Factory outlet sign). I thought it would be off a street itself , However you turn down a street and as soon as you turn in to street, you get to turn into the driveway. Which may fool people not using a GPS.

For a few hours of sleep while traveling it was a comfortable bed close to the interstate for a reasonable price.
It wasn’t very clean and I had to lug my bag upstairs. No elevator
