Location was convenient next to the interstate. Ordered food from El Manuel Tacos and it was *excellent* and fast. The beds were comfortable enough and the TV has a lot of channels.
There were creepy people hanging outside when I pulled up, including a man with a dog not on a leash. I tried to find another hotel but I couldnt get a refund and I had already driven 10 hours. As soon as you walk in it smells like pot and stale cigarettes. The place looks like they tried to remodel but missed key things. The bathroom was okay, not moldy, but the floor had water damage, the shower doors were funky and the shower head sprayed all over. The window curtain was absolutely filthy. I parked my car directly outside of my room and crossed my fingers no one broke in.
In the morning at 9am (check out is 11) housekeeping (I assume because they said nothing) banged on my door like a cop and freaked my dog out.
I'd only stay here with other people, not alone.
