    I had just one night at this hotel, and it was very nice. I arrived late and had to call the front desk to have someone bring me my key. The man who arrived was very pleasant and clear in his communication. The room was adequately clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet, so I had a good night's sleep. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I'm passing through.

    After sleeping on the bed for one night I came to the office first thing in the morning. No one in the office. I tried calling nobody answered. It went to voicemail. Finally about 10:00 am someone answered. I asked for a rollaway mattress, air bed, anything. They didn't accommodate me. Later on, after I came back from a reunion, still no one in the office. It seems they're rarely in the office!!!
