The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was average for a hotel. The room suite was very spacious and the bathroom was also very spacious.
My travel plans were delayed, so I tried calling the phone number for the hotel to change the name on the (2) rooms I booked and I was put on hold for 30 minutes just to find out that I needed to contact Booking.com. Other than that, our stay was great!

Hotel was clean
I didn’t like that front desk lady wasn’t welcoming and there were tiles that was lifted up in the bathroom very dangerous- and the pool I didn’t even get to enjoy because water was a strange color with foam floating at the top
