Room was bright clean and spacious. Breakfast great and the lady at breakfast room was very kind.
The only issue was deposit while check-in. We arrived late night, exhausted and bit freezin, hope we could get immediate rest in our "confirmed booked and paid in full" room, however the reception lady too rigid on deposit things and made us waited long time at lobby to secure the deposit through pur problem card (didn't even at least let our child enter the room first). We tried to offer cash deposit just to speed the process, but not acceptable.
We've explained that the card maybe problem because we had sequentially stayed in some different hotels before, all required deposit and promised "it just open for 0 amount and will released right away after check out" but sadly it never 0 and every held amounts never came back on time to my account and sometimes pending my card from transactioning, regardless it caused by hotel or banking system whatever, we just simply expect deposit waiver.
This DEPOSIT issue need a breakthrough solution or provide more options to pay it, please consider better the best timing to ask for it, condition and guest's convenient.
