The hallways smelled really bad, like stale smoke and I don't like it when the smoking area is so close to the front door. For people with breathing issues this is offensive.

Dark, children allowed to run and laugh and play tag up until 10pm when we asked them to stop.
Out of coffee at breakfast 30 minutes prior to end of service and no way to make coffee in room.
