I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. I have stayed at LaQuintas before, enjoyed them, but this one was a cut above.

The breakfast could have had more hot food choices. There was only sausage gravy and biscuits, with the waffle maker.

I booked this room for my husband and grandson. They said the room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good and a good selection.

The person at check in was asked if the spa was up and running and they were told that yes it was. Upon going to the pool and spa later they found the spa not working at all. They then stopped back at the front desk to let them know that no the spa was not working as you said. They were then rudely told that they never said it was working. Wrong answer, as all that did was make my husband mad! I think you need to talk to your staff and make sure they know they are supposed to treat the guests a little better.
