The breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly they greeted us every time we came in or left the hotel. Their had a wonderful attitude.
I did not like the elevators. They kept closing on my as I was exiting it enter the elevators.

We love the location. The room and bathroom were large so we had enough room for all of our stuff. The breakfast included was nice. We love the bar and the fact that it serves food and has entertainment, including live music on Saturday.
The television in the room has two remotes (which is confusing) and was not plugged in to the cable, so we had to get assistance. The elevator floors were always wet from people coming in from the pool area. The ice machine on our floor was not producing ice. We finally found one on another floor. This has been the case on previous visits and should be rectified.

The location was nice and very pretty. I liked there was a bar/grill and free breakfast and the pool
Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Others didnt care to be working there.
The pool area never had towels and when we asked for some we left thw pool before they even brought us any.
The room wasnt the most clean.
The hotel needs to be cleaned and updated.
The bar&grill was more bar than grill and not very family friendly. Even on a Wednesday night.
The breakfast was subpar. The juices, milk and coffee were all running low and hr before breakfast ended and when asked if there was more juices we were told no. [Tho worker did eventually come out with more.]
Eggs were good. Tho variety was eh.
